our schools are awaiting
eagerly
A few days
ago
one of
the
schools
in the
United Arab
Emirates,
applied
the idea of
replacing
the
e-book
instead of the
traditional
paper
book,
which
will
be used through
tablets,
Kindle,
iPad, the
idea that
has
been
applied in many
other
countries in the
elementary, middle
and
high
schools and
even
universities
and
there
is a trend
in the
UAE
to
implement the
idea
of
a
substitute for the
paper
book.
Regardless of the
importance of
the
idea
and
the
positives
side
on many
student, and will
not
say
here
on the
teacher
or
the
school,
a
student
today
in the
first place, the
process of
bringing
smart
electronic devices,
as an
alternative to
the
major
of
the
paper book,
especially
in
elementary school
and
junior
schools.
Are
our
schools
and
our
students
today,
are
able to
study
in
their hands
intelligent
electronic devices?
Is it
really
demanded
today
and
they are capable of
dealing with these
services
on the
basis that
this
is an e-book
and
an
educational
tool?
Instead of
being
a
gaming
device
or
Internet
browser or
even
movies
and
music
player.
E-reader
To
give a
clear
picture to those more
interested,

to

in the form of

which

available in the market

and

الكتاب
الإلكتروني خطوة رائدة
ينتظرها طلابنا ومدارسنا
بفارغ الصبر
منذ أيام
قليلة قامت إحدى المدارس
في دولة الإمارات العربية
المتحدة، بتطبيق فكرة
الكتاب الإلكتروني، كبديل
رئيسي عن الكتاب التقليدي
الورقي، حيث سيتم استخدام
الأجهزة اللوحية ، كندل ،
آي باد، تابلت بدلاً من
استخدام الكتب الورقية،
وهي الفكرة التي تم
تطبيقها في العديد من
البلدان الأخرى في
المدارس الابتدائية
والإعدادية والثانوية
وحتى في الجامعات و
هناك
اتجاه في الإمارات لتطبيق
الفكرة بديلاً عن الكتاب
الورقي.
بغض النظر
عن أهمية الفكرة
وإيجابياتها الكثيرة على
الطالب، ولن نقول هنا على
المدرس أو المدرسة،
فالطالب هو اليوم في
المقام الأول، فإن عملية
إحلال الأجهزة
الإلكترونية الذكية،
كبديل رئيسي عن الكتاب
الورقي، خصوصاً في
المدارس الابتدائية
والإعدادية، يلزمها
العديد من الوقفات،
والتريث والتمهل... لتطرح
أمام صانعي القرار أسئلة
كثيرة تكون بحاحة إلى
إجابات سريعة ودقيقة. فهل
مدارسنا وطلابنا اليوم،
قادرون على الدراسة وفي
أيديهم أجهزة إلكترونية
ذكية؟ وهل حقاً طالبنا
اليوم قادر على التعامل
مع هذه الاجهزة على أساس
أنه كتاب إلكتروني وأداة
تعليمية؟ بدلاً من كونه
جهاز ألعاب أو متصفح
إنترنت أو حتى مشغل أفلام
وموسيقى.
القارئ الإلكتروني
وحتى نوضح
الصورة أكثر للمهتمين،
فجهاز الكندل «القارئ

بتفوق وأداء عال، حيث
تمتاز قراءة الكتب من هذا
النوع بواقعيتها، خصوصاً
في التعامل مع صفحات
الكتاب، هذا بالإضافة إلى
أنها تأتي مستخدميها
بالكثير من الميزات
والخصائص العديدة
والمختلفة، تجعل من عملية
قراءة الكتاب الإلكتروني
أشبه بقراءة كتاب تقليدي.

أيامنا هذه، والتي قدمته
العديد من الشركات
التكنولوجية العالمية،
وعلى رأسها شركة أمازون
من خلال قارئها
الإلكتروني كندل فاير،
والكمبيوترات اللوحية
العديدة والكثيرة
المتوفرة في الأسواق،
وعلى رأسها طبعاً، آي باد
وجالاكسي تاب.
